豚のげんこつや背骨など豚骨ガラをベースに、鶏ガラをブレンドし、特製大釜でトータル10時間以上かけて丹念に作り上げたスープです。

厳選した香り高い本醸造醤油にポークエキスの旨みを加えた旨味醤油を加えた「最強濃厚ばり濃らーめん」は、口の中にトロ～リとろける濃厚な深いやみつき味として他店では食べることのできない名物らーめんです。1号店オープンより10年以上の歳月が流れましたが、絶大な安定感ある人気をいただいております。これからも、お客様の「旨い！」の一言を追い求め、まだまだこれからも究極の味をめざして日々精進します。
